When in the Arena, you cant trust anyone (well, not anyone who's not on your team, that is). A couple months back i was battling this Pyromancer in the arena with my Ice Alt, Ethan Winterbreaker. He said, "i wont shield if you won't" and i said "ok." But then i soon realized why he had said that as he began builing up blades and traps. I finally decided, "sorry dude, deal's off!" and i threw up a tower shield just as he was casting an efreet which, luckily,would've killed me had i not used the shield and i went on to win the match. Bottom line is, when somebody makes any kind of deal with you during a battle, dont trust them because odds are, they'll have something up their sleeve.
